Roving Nepal Trek is one of the most well-known and dependable trekking agencies that works for customer satisfaction. To provide a major boost to the country's economy through tourism and put Nepal on the tourism map of the world, we have started this company.

Other than all the beautiful places of Nepal, Roving Nepal Trek also organizes tours to Tibet, Bhutan, and India. We don't talk about the services we provide but it is our clients who speak for the satisfaction we provide.

We suggest everyone go through our terms and conditions thoroughly. All of these terms and conditions will be valid right from the day you book the trip with us.

GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS

To book a trip with us for Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan and India you need to make a 20% deposit of the total cost of the trip along with a photocopy of your passport. This particular amount isn't refundable and will be considered a cancellation fee if you decide to cancel the tour.

Furthermore, you can pay the remaining amount after you arrive in Kathmandu right before we set out for the glorious trek.

Note: You should pay the balance amount 20 days before performing the Bhutan and Tibet tours if you fail to do so, we have to right to cancel your trip.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

Anyone interested to do the trekking on a solo basis needs to be above the age of 18. Meanwhile, if you have a legal guardian you should be between the age of 12-17. The age restriction varies depending on the place and difficulty of the trek. 

HEALTH REQUIREMENTS

Any tourists who have pre-health issues or medical conditions be it allergy or diet restrictions must inform Roving Nepal Trek. You will need to present a medical certificate for some tough treks. 

GUIDE AND SUPPORT STAFF

Experienced guides will be provided to every trekking group. The guides will be responsible for the safety and well-being of the tourists. 

Along with that, you will also have porters as the supporting staff. The number of porters will be fixed looking at the size and nature of the trek.

LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS

Anyone who has made the late decision to go on a trip with Roving Nepal Trek can also book a last-minute ticket. But it shouldn't be any later than 3 days from the date of departure for the group.

POSTPONING A TRIP

If you need to postpone your trip, please send us a written notice and this should be done on a compulsory basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any client who is interested in canceling the trip must be aware that the 20% advance paid won't be refunded. This applies to everyone who books with Roving Nepal Trek.

Also, be aware that this rule applies immediately after you make the booking with us. However if you have paid more than 20% of the allocated amount, the remaining amount will be sent to you through the original payment method.

RISKS AND LIABILITIES

Different countries have different rules regarding travel and tourism. Every trekker needs to abide by the rules of a different country. Any changes to the rules of the country resulting in cancellation of the trip won't be under Roving Nepal Trek.

Meanwhile, issues caused by political instability, natural disasters, delays or sickness, and breakdowns won't be handled by Roving Nepal Trek. Similarly, a cost that tends to get increase due to these unseen circumstances won't be covered by Roving Nepal Trek. So we suggest going with travel insurance.

INCOMPLETE TOURS

The company isn't responsible for incomplete treks due to any unseen circumstances from the client's side.

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

Life is unpredictable so the tourism activities. If the tour gets canceled due to unseen situations like natural disasters, war, and unfavorable climate, Roving Nepal Trek will arrange a new trip suggesting we won't burn your hard-earned money and respect it.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

It doesn't matter where you book your dream trip, it is compulsion to have travel insurance. Travel insurance must cover medical expenses, accidents, emergency evacuation situations, trip cancellations, loss of products, theft, damage, robbery, and even personal effects. No tourists are advised to start the trip without the insurance.

FLIGHT DELAYS/CANCELLATIONS

The weather in Nepal in remote areas is unpredictable. It is hard for anyone to say what happens in the remote areas with the weather. Just to be on the safer side, we suggest tourists carry some extra cash as we believe cash is king. Roving Nepal Trek isn't responsible for extra expense so try and plan to keep the unseen situation in mind. 

PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA

When the tourists agree to the trek, they will bring their consent to be photographed or video captured by Roving Nepal Trek. Later Roving Nepal Trek will also use these images and videos for promotional purposes and it is the property of Roving Nepal Trek. We assure you these images and videos won't be misused. 

EXCEPTIONS OF THE TOUR

We believe every guest associated with Roving Nepal Trek is well-behaved. In case you commit some illegal activity during the tour, you will be deported to your home country with no refund of the money paid to the trekking agency. 

COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE HANDLING

We believe there could be complaints during the trip. In such scenarios, tourists are responsible for informing the guide or the office so that the problem can be sorted out immediately. 

Likewise, if any dispute arises during the tour it will be solved by mutual agreement. Lastly, if the result doesn't come out agreed that the matter will be solved based on the laws of Nepal. 

POINT TO FOCUS

All of the above-mentioned terms and conditions apply to the tourists who book directly with us. In case you have booked through an agent or third party, you will be liable for any mishaps.
