The trail follows the Dudh Koshi River, meandering through rhododendron and pine forests, and passing through traditional Sherpa settlements.

Continuing, you reach Namche Bazaar, the bustling market town and cultural hub of the Everest region. Here, you take a rest day for acclimatization, allowing your body to adjust to the increasing altitude. You have the option to explore the surrounding area, visit the Everest View Hotel, or hike to Khumjung village to witness the local way of life.

Leaving Namche Bazaar, the trek takes you to Tengboche, home to the famous Tengboche Monastery. This serene village offers panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, and Ama Dablam. Trip Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrival in Kathmandu

Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, you will be greeted by a representative and transferred to your hotel. Spend the day resting and preparing for the trek. Explore the vibrant city of Kathmandu and visit its cultural landmarks.

Day 2 : Fly to Lukla, Trek to Phakding (2,652m)

Take an early morning flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, the starting point of the trek. From Lukla, trek towards Phakding, passing through small villages and enjoying views of the Dudh Koshi River. Overnight stay in Phakding.

Day 3 : Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)

Continue trekking along the Dudh Koshi River, crossing suspension bridges and passing through forests. Reach the entrance of Sagarmatha National Park and ascend to Namche Bazaar, a vibrant trading hub. Overnight stay in Namche Bazaar.

Day 4 : Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar

This is a rest day to allow your body to acclimatize to the altitude. You can explore the surrounding areas, visit the Everest View Hotel for panoramic mountain views, or hike to Khumjung village. Overnight stay in Namche Bazaar.

Day 5 : Trek to Tengboche (3,867m)

Resume the trek and follow the trail, descending to the Dudh Koshi River before ascending to Tengboche. Visit the Tengboche Monastery, surrounded by majestic mountain vistas. Overnight stay in Tengboche.

Day 6 : Trek to Dingboche (4,410m)

Continue trekking through rhododendron forests and cross the Imja Khola River. Ascend gradually to Dingboche, a picturesque village with incredible views of Ama Dablam. Overnight stay in Dingboche.

Day 7 : Acclimatization Day in Dingboche

Another acclimatization day to help your body adjust to the increasing altitude. Take a hike to Nagarjun Hill or Chukkung Ri for stunning panoramic views. Overnight stay in Dingboche.

Day 8 : Trek to chukung (4,730m)

Embark on a challenging trek as you ascend towards Chukung . Enjoy the rugged beauty of the landscape and incredible mountain vistas along the way. Overnight stay in Chukung.

Day 9 : Cross Kongma La Pass (5,535m), Trek to Lobuche (4,940m)

Today, you'll cross the challenging Kongma La Pass, which offers incredible views of the surrounding peaks. Descend to Lobuche for an overnight stay. 

Day 10 : Trek to Everest Base Camp (5,364m) via Gorak Shep (5,180m)

Finally todays is the day for your one  dream success Reaching Everest base camp back to Gorkshep over night at Gorekshep.

Day 11 : Hike to Kala Patthar (5,545m), Trek to Dzongla (4,830m)

Early in the morning, hike up to the famous viewpoint of Kala Patthar for breathtaking sunrise views of Everest, Lhotse, and other peaks. Descend to Gorak Shep and continue trekking towards Dzongla. Overnight stay in Dzongla.

Day 12 : Cross Cho La Pass (5,420m), Trek to Thagnak (4,700m)

Embark on a thrilling adventure as you cross the steep and icy Cho La Pass. Enjoy panoramic views of Everest and neighboring peaks from the pass. Descend to Thagnak for the night.

Day 13 : Trek to Gokyo (4,790m) via Ngozumpa Glacier

Continue trekking along the Ngozumpa Glacier, the longest glacier in the Himalayas. Arrive in the tranquil Gokyo Valley and marvel at the turquoise lakes. Overnight stay in Gokyo.

Day 14 : Ascend Gokyo Ri (5,357m), Explore Gokyo Valley

Hike up to the summit of Gokyo Ri to witness stunning panoramic views of Everest, Cho Oyu, Makalu, and other Himalayan peaks. Spend the day exploring the Gokyo Valley and its beautiful lakes. Overnight stay in Gokyo.

Day 15 : Cross Renjo La Pass (5,340m), Trek to Marlung (4,210m)

Today, cross the final pass of the trek, Renjo La Pass, which offers breathtaking views of Everest, Makalu, and Cho Oyu. Descend to Marlung for the night.

Day 16 : Trek to Namche Bazaar

Continue descending through remote Sherpa villages, enjoying the scenic landscapes. Reach Namche Bazaar, where you can celebrate the successful completion of the trek. Overnight stay in Namche Bazaar.

Day 17 : Trek to Lukla

Follow the familiar trail back to Lukla, savoring the last moments of the Everest region. Reflect on the incredible journey and enjoy a final evening with your fellow trekkers and guides. Overnight stay in Lukla.

Day 18 : Fly back to Kathmandu

Catch an early morning flight from Lukla to Kathmandu. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and have the rest of the day free to relax or explore the city's cultural landmarks.

Day 19 : Departure

It's time to bid farewell to the mesmerizing Himalayas. You will be transferred to the airport for your departure flight, carrying unforgettable memories of the Everest Three Pass Trek.
