Trip Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrival in Kathmandu

Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, you will be greeted by our representative who will transfer you to your hotel. Take the remainder of the day to rest, explore the city, and make any necessary preparations for the trek. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 2 : Drive from Kathmandu to Bhulbhule (840m) or Besi Sahar (760m)

After an early breakfast, embark on a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Bhulbhule or Besi Sahar. The drive takes approximately 6-7 hours and offers stunning views of the countryside, hills, and rivers. Overnight stay in Bhulbhule or Besi Sahar.

Day 3 : Trek from Bhulbhule/Besi Sahar to Chamje (1,410m)

Begin the trek by following the trail along the Marshyangdi River. Pass through picturesque villages and enjoy views of terraced fields and waterfalls. Cross a suspension bridge and ascend to Chamje. Overnight stay in Chamje.

Day 4 : Trek from Chamje to Bagarchhap (2,160m)

Continue trekking along the Marshyangdi River, crossing the river several times via suspension bridges. Pass through beautiful forests, charming villages, and terraced fields. Reach Bagarchhap, a Tibetan-influenced village with stunning views of Annapurna II and Lamjung Himal. Overnight stay in Bagarchhap.

Day 5 : Trek from Bagarchhap to Chame (2,670m)

The trail ascends through dense forests of pine and fir. Enjoy views of the Manaslu range and Lamjung Himal. Pass through the villages of Dhanakyu and Latamarang before reaching the headquarters of the Manang District, Chame. Overnight stay in Chame.

Day 6 : Trek from Chame to Pisang (3,200m)

Trek through a steep and narrow valley with dense forests. Enjoy views of the Annapurna range and Lamjung Himal. Pass through the villages of Bhratang and Dhikur Pokhari before reaching Pisang, a beautiful village with Tibetan cultural influences. Overnight stay in Pisang.

Day 7 : Trek from Pisang to Manang (3,540m)

The trail offers two options: the upper route via Ngawal and the lower route via Humde. Both routes converge at Mungji, from where you trek through scenic landscapes to reach Manang. Explore Manang village, visit the monasteries, and acclimatize to the higher altitude. Overnight stay in Manang.

Day 8 : Acclimatization Day in Manang

Take a rest day to acclimatize and explore Manang. You can go on short hikes to nearby viewpoints or visit Gangapurna Lake and the local monasteries. Overnight stay in Manang.

Day 9 : Trek from Manang to Yak Kharka (4,020m)

Leave Manang and trek along the gradual uphill trail, passing through beautiful meadows and crossing streams. Reach Yak Kharka, a small settlement where yaks are commonly seen grazing in the pastures. Overnight stay in Yak Kharka.

Day 10 : Trek from Yak Kharka to Thorong Phedi (4,450m)

Ascend further, crossing a suspension bridge and walking on a rocky trail. Enjoy views of the surrounding mountains as you trek towards Thorong Phedi, the last stop before crossing the Thorong La Pass. Overnight stay in Thorong Phedi.

Day 11 : Trek from Thorong Phedi to Muktinath (3,800m) via Thorong La Pass (5,416m)

Today is the most challenging and rewarding day of the trek. Begin early in the morning to cross the Thorong La Pass. The ascent is steep and demanding, but as you reach the pass, you'll be rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountain ranges. After spending some time at the pass, descend towards Muktinath, a sacred pilgrimage site for both Hindus and Buddhists. Explore the temple complex and enjoy the spiritual ambiance. Overnight stay in Muktinath.

Day 12 : Trek from Muktinath to Marpha (2,670m)

Leave Muktinath and descend through arid landscapes towards the village of Jomsom. Pass through Kagbeni, an ancient village with a rich Tibetan Buddhist heritage. Continue trekking through scenic trails, passing apple orchards and charming villages, until you reach Marpha. Marpha is known for its apple products and is a delightful place to relax and explore. Overnight stay in Marpha.

Day 13 : Trek from Marpha to Kalopani (2,530m)

Continue your trek, descending through the Kali Gandaki Valley. Pass through the villages of Tukuche and Larjung, known for their traditional architecture and cultural significance. Enjoy views of the Nilgiri peaks and the Dhaulagiri massif. Reach Kalopani, a picturesque village nestled in the valley. Overnight stay in Kalopani.

Day 14 : Trek from Kalopani to Tatopani (1,190m)

Descend further, passing through beautiful rhododendron forests and terraced fields. Enjoy the dramatic landscapes of the Kali Gandaki Gorge, the world's deepest gorge. Arrive at Tatopani, known for its natural hot springs. Soothe your tired muscles by soaking in the hot springs and relax. Overnight stay in Tatopani.

Day 15 : Trek from Tatopani to Ghorepani (2,860m)

Continue trekking through beautiful rhododendron and oak forests. Ascend gradually towards the village of Ghorepani, known for its panoramic views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountain ranges. Overnight stay in Ghorepani.

Day 16 : Hike to Poon Hill (3,210m), Trek to Tadapani (2,630m)

Wake up early in the morning and hike up to Poon Hill to witness a breathtaking sunrise over the Himalayas. Enjoy panoramic views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. Afterward, descend to Ghorepani for breakfast and continue trekking to Tadapani. Overnight stay in Tadapani.

Day 17 : Trek from Tadapani to Ghandruk (1,940m)

Descend through lush forests of rhododendron and oak trees. Pass through charming villages and terraced fields. Reach Ghandruk, a traditional Gurung village with stunning mountain views. Explore the village, visit the local museum, and immerse yourself in the local culture. Overnight stay in Ghandruk.

Day 18 : Trek from Ghandruk to Nayapul, Drive to Pokhara

Continue descending through the village of Kimche and reach Nayapul. From Nayapul, board a vehicle for the drive back to Pokhara. Once in Pokhara, check into your hotel and enjoy a well-deserved rest. Overnight stay in Pokhara.

Day 19 : Pokhara to Kathmandu (Drive or Flight)

After breakfast, either take a scenic drive or a short domestic flight from Pokhara to Kathmandu. Once in Kathmandu, check into your hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 20 : Departure from Kathmandu

After breakfast, transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport for your departure flight, carrying unforgettable memories of the Annapurna Circuit Trek and your time in Nepal.
